As part of the Tax Representative service, we represent and fulfill the Client's obligations under the Value Added Tax Act:

  • Registration with the Tax Office (US)
  • Preparation of all documents following the requirements of the tax administration (VAT registration)
  • Preparation of VAT and INTRASTAT declarations
  • VAT documentation and record management and archives
  • Ensuring proper audit and tax proceedings
  • VAT refund application
  • Correspondence with the local tax administration

Tax representative represents a VAT taxpayer who does not have a registered office or a permanent place of business within the European Union.

The tax representative is jointly liable with the taxpayer for tax liabilities, which he settles for and on behalf of that taxpayer.
